Our Services

We Go Where The Bed Bugs Go!

Whether you're a large property management company, hotel operator, public transportation manager or living in a single family home - bed bugs can show up anywhere and so can we.

KCIDD can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars by pinpointing the exact area(s) of live bed bugs or their viable eggs, saving you remediation cost. Our canine can also confirm the success of bed bug elimination after treatment.

Our Service Options Include

  • Pro-Active Inspections - Customized inspections will rule out or confirm the presence of bed bugs in your property. This provides peace of mind and saves you time and money. Routine inspections can be set up monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. Our experts will explain the frequency that’s right for your place of business.
  • Targeted Inspection - This inspection will help you decide on a treatment plan and aid Schendel Pest in effectively targeting remediation to the exact areas where bed bugs are hiding.
  • Post-Treatment - These inspections will confirm whether or not treatment has been successful in eradicating the bed bugs. Post-treatment inspections are performed 30 days after a treatment with traditional pesticides or less than 1 day after a treatment with heat.
  • Luggage Check - Whether you traveled across town or across the country, don't unpack bed bugs at your home. Let KCIDD inspect your luggage before you unknowingly bring an unwanted guest into your home.

Discrete and Confidential

KCIDD will protect your privacy! We will not disclose what we are doing to your customers or neighbors. Our inspection teams and vehicles do not display our company name or service.

Client Disclaimer

In the interest of the heath and safety of our canine and handler, all clients must disclose any use of pesticides in the past 30 days. The canine nose is 500 times more sensitive than the human nose, and sniffing a pesticide-treated area will damage the canine’s ability to detect and potentially cause her to experience a painful reaction.
